Professional and incredibly organized, Lisa Justice has been an important part of the Justice & Young team since the company’s inception in 1997. She manages J&Y’s main office where her responsibilities include a variety of human resources functions and overseeing all accounts payable and accounts receivable.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, cooking classes and shows, swimming, walking and dancing. She also participates in many autism charity walks with her daughter. Lisa has two grown daughters and lives in Anderson Township with her husband, Dale.
