A strong writer and organized, strategic communicator who is able to look at the big picture, Libby Esterle knows what it takes to be successful in marketing and public relations.

Prior to joining Justice & Young (J&Y), Libby held a variety of marketing and communications positions where she strengthened her account management and multi-tasking skills. She understands that different clients have different needs, and immersing herself in their respective industries and initiatives is something she thoroughly enjoys.

Libby believes that the ability to listen to a client's needs and provide thoughtful, appropriate counsel is vital to successful client service. At J&Y, she performs a full range of account management activities from developing strategic, comprehensive marketing and crisis communication plans to creating key messages, feature articles and collateral materials. Libby credits her love of writing and experience working closely with former journalists for her compelling, clean and polished writing style today. She also collaborates with J&Y's design experts to develop web pages, print advertising, direct mail/new media pieces and graphic identities for J&Y's clients.

By working side-by-side with clients and forming strong partnerships, Libby's ability to determine and satisfy clients' needs-- no matter what the industry-- in an organized, creative and timely fashion makes her truly an asset to the J&Y team.

Libby Esterle earned a B.A. in Speech Communications and a B.A. in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. She began her career as an account executive for Expositions, Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota. She served as both Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Communications Manager for Cotelligent, Inc. and was a Corporate Recruiter for Bartz Rogers & Partners in Minneapolis. Upon relocating to Cincinnati from Minneapolis in 1999, Esterle joined Dan Pinger Public Relations, Inc. where she was a Senior Account Executive and Business Development Lead. Most recently, she was the Marketing and Communications Manager for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Southern Ohio Chapter.
