CINCINNATI, OH - May 8, 2008 -Jeff Huggins has been hired as Vice President of Public Relations at Justice & Young (J&Y) to lead the agency's public relations practice. Huggins shares the philosophy with J&Y principles in consistently generating a strong return on client's investments by supporting their key business drivers with strategic communication.

Huggins brings a diverse background and experience to J&Y having practiced public relations for more than 20 years, in a variety of public relations agencies in Cincinnati and his home state of Iowa.
Huggins holds a BA degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa from 1986. He earned his Accredited in Public Relations (APR) credentials from the Public Relations Society of America in 1992. His current community involvement includes being a member of the Tocqueville Society of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati and serving on the board of directors for the Hearing, Speech and Deaf Center of Greater Cincinnati.
