Young Elected to the Board of the 32º Masonic Learning Centers in Norwood
Scottish Rite Mason charity overcomes Dyslexia in Children

Gene Young, President of Justice & Young Marketing and Public Relations has been elected to the Board of Governors at the Norwood Learning Center of The Carl & Edyth Lindner 32ºMasonic Learning Center for Children.

Deslexia is estimated to affect some 15% of our population, resulting in more than 2 million school-age children in the United States.

The 32ºMasonic Learning Centers for Children, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation established for the purpose of creating and operating Learning Centers to assist children with dyslexia. The mission is to provide professional treatment to children at 59 Learning Centers throughout the 15 states within the Scottish Rite Northern Jurisdiction at no charge. In 1994 the Supreme Council of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction adopted the Learning Center Program a it's fourth charity. Young holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and was a former instructor in advertising at UC and lecturer at Xavier University. Young began his career in market research and assisting brand management with the Andrew Jergens Company before going into the advertising agency business. He has been involved in communications planning and development for numerous accounts, and served as vice president of account services and member of the executive committee for a top Cincinnati advertising agency. In 1994, Young formed Strategic Marketing & Management, then forged a partnership with Dale Justice in 1997 to create Justice & Young Marketing and Public Relations.
